The Work You'll Do :

Experienced in modern web development, the Technical Lead demonstrates full-stack skills, are excited by an opportunity to evolve technology, and passionate about mentoring and developing up-and-coming developers.

The Technical Lead role is a blend of senior-level technical skills combined with the opportunity to lead a group of developers, while contributing to product design and architecture.

More specifically you will :

Serve as a technical mentor and coach to other software engineers Lead and elevate performance of software development teams including direct reports Build a collaborative partnership with our Product Management team Lead the development, testing and deployment of software applications and solutions including estimating development schedules and determining project scope Champion a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth throughout the department Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality Define & maintain design specifications and standards as well as coach others in adopting them Integrate technology, process, test and business practices

What We Need From You

Fluent in English (verbal and written) Successful history working in software engineering roles with progressive levels of responsibility Experience leading or mentoring a group or team Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment Skilled in software / systems architecture Expert in service-oriented design principles (design patterns, REST).

Expert in developing resilient services in C# Experience with Javascript front-end technologies (React, Angular JS) a plus Experience working with Azure Experience with micro service patterns a plus
